Refund and Return Policy

Pre-Order Cancellation

  • Sales for card game products are considered final.
  • Pre-order cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the initial pre-order deadline.
  • Any pre-orders will be considered final sale after this period. In some cases, cancellations might not be possible even if requested 7 days prior to PO deadline, so please order with care.
  • A non-negotiable 10% cancellation fee applies if your cancellation request is accepted.

Ordering Pre-Order Items

  • Place pre-order items with different release dates separately. Otherwise, we will ship when all items are in-stock.
  • Please be aware that the listed release date is not a guaranteed shipping date. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays and ship as soon as possible.

Final Sale and Non-returnable Items

  • Final sale items cannot be returned, canceled, or refunded. This includes, but is not limited to, pre-order items and products containing trading cards like booster packs/boxes/cases, trial/starter decks, and collector's boxes/tins.
  • If a manufacturer defect is present, you have 7 days from receiving your order to contact us regarding the defect before initiating any return or refund process.

Shipping Delays and Inventory Issues

  • Sometimes we receive products from our suppliers after the listed release date. These delays are beyond our control, but we will update our product pages with any shipping/product updates.

  • Our suppliers may reduce our order unexpectedly and without notice, which could result in your order being reduced or canceled.

Damage During Transit

  • It is not uncommon for products to exhibit wear and tear from transit. We may not be able to replace or compensate for some damaged products.

Return Policy for Non-Final Sale Goods

  • We offer a 30-day return policy for non-final sale goods, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same exact condition that you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, factory seals unbroken, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
  • Note: There is a 10% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Processing Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Cancellation Policy

  • Please review your cart and our policies carefully before placing your order. In the rare event that a cancellation is approved past the deadline, a 10% fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and refund fees.

Special Circumstances

  • For items opened by customs or for cases opened by us: we will not change or alter any contents and are only opened for quality control purposes. No refunds/compensation will be provided for any items damaged, seized, or lost by customs or courier.

Additional Notes

  • If your shipment cannot be delivered due to refusal of acceptance, wrong address, or long-term absence and is returned to us, we will store the product for 30 days. During this period, you can contact us to arrange for reshipment at your own expense. After 30 days, we may dispose of the products, and additional fees may apply.
