Q: Product is cheaper at another store. Why should I buy here?

A: We don't "search" or open sealed cases to sell singles/playsets — every box comes from an unsearched case so you always get fair hit rates. Our prices reflect that honesty. Our business is built on your trust, and that's why we'll always put you and the community first ♡


Q: Why do you ship some Japanese products after release date?

A: For JP Weiss Schwarz and other Bushiroad products, shipping should be by on time or even a bit early in most cases. However, for other Japanese product lines, we ship ~2 weeks after the release date due to longer processing times required by our suppliers in Japan. An approximate shipping date should be provided on the product page.


Q: Can you ship my case with an outer case?

A: Yes — if you'd like your case shipped with an additional outer case, there is an additional $10 cost to cover the extra weight, materials, and labor involved. Please leave a note on your order or contact support (at) n4ytcg (dot) com so we can accommodate you.


Q: Do you provide international shipping?

A: Not at the moment. We recommend using a package forwarding service if you're in a country we don't currently ship to.


Q: Where is my pre-order? When will you ship?

A: We understand waiting for pre-orders can be an anxious experience. If your order hasn't shipped yet, it's because we're still waiting for inventory from our suppliers. Once products arrive, we fulfill orders within 1-3 business days. Unfortunately, supplier delivery dates are beyond our control, but we ship the moment we receive our inventory. We appreciate your patience and are just as eager to get these products to you.


Q: Will 2 (EN) / 7 (JP) case orders come in a master case?

A: Usually, ordering 2 cases (EN) or 7 cases (JP) for Weiss Schwarz means your order will be shipped in a sealed master case. This applies to nearly all products. If we can ship in a sealed master case, we will — it's easier for us and buyers prefer it. There may be times when we open cases for quality control purposes, but rest assured, the contents are never altered. Please read our shipping policy here.


Q: Will you have this product in stock?

A: In most cases, yes! Please contact us with the product name and, if possible, the UPC/JAN code, and we'll list the item if it's available. We carry a variety of games, accessories, figures, and other anime and card-related goods. Your suggestions help us prioritize what to list next.
