Our Commitment

We don't open products that have case pull rate guarantees — not for Weiss Schwarz, Lycee Overture, or any other title with a guaranteed case pull rate. No singles, no playsets, no box breaks for these products. Every sealed product we sell is uncompromised, full stop. It is simply not sustainable for a retailer to sell singles, playsets, and sealed products from these titles without compromising at least some of their sealed inventory. That's not an opinion — it's the math.

This isn't a marketing angle. When we first started advocating for this, we were met with skepticism — including from other retailers who accused us of using consumer safety as a ploy to discredit competitors and market ourselves. We never wavered. Our position then is our position now, because it was never about optics for us. It's always been about just doing the right thing.

What We're Here For

Three things guide everything we do:

• Guaranteed integrity — Every product we sell is free from seller manipulation. What you pay for is what you get, and you're paying for a fair and legitimate experience.
• Informed customers — We're committed to helping the community understand how case searching works, why it matters, and how it can affect you — regardless of whether or not you buy from us.
• Advocacy — From day one we've been pushing Bushiroad to improve their rarity distribution system and close the door on exploitation. We encourage the community to join that conversation — a united voice carries more weight than any single retailer's.

Transparency isn't just a word we use — it shapes every decision we make. It's why we're open about not opening case guarantee products while other retailers stay quiet about it. It's why we publish 100% of our reviews, good and bad. And it's why we'll always tell you the truth about how this industry works, even if that means you decide to buy somewhere else.

We're not perfect, and we won't pretend to be. If we make a mistake, we'll own it and do our best to make it right — not to protect our reputation, but because that's the standard we hold ourselves to.

We don't play or collect Weiss Schwarz ourselves — we never open it. But we care deeply about the communities built around these games, and we got tired of watching them get taken advantage of in ways many people may not realize. So we decided to do something about it.
