When placing pre-orders for different products, place them separately. If not, then we will ship orders when all is in-stock. Contact the support team so that you can be accommodated.
We may accept cancellations if you submit a request 7 days before initial pre-order deadline date. *In some cases, we may not be able to accept your cancellation.
If your cancellation is approved, there is a 10% cancellation fee that cannot be waived.
